Cash Flow & Sales Forecasting for Beginners

Business is not just about how much money you make but how you manage it. In this interactive hands-on online seminar, students will gain foundational knowledge about how cash flow works by setting up a mock cashflow sheet for a mock business. This includes identifying startup costs vs operational costs and using math and deduction skills to complete the annual cash flow sheet. Participants need a calculator and should be ready to participate in group breakout sessions for the exercise. Then they will be provided with tools to set up a cash flow system for their own business upon completion.
