Speaker(s): Janelly Rosales is a Senior Program Manager for Economic Development at Mecklenburg County. With expertise in business development, consulting, and educational programming, she focuses on promoting economic mobility by supporting minority-, women-, small-, and veteran-owned businesses. Janelly leads the Business Lending & Coaching program, guiding clients through challenges like securing funding, understanding credit, and managing finances. She holds an MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a bachelor's degree from UNC Chapel Hill.
