In this seminar, you’ll discover the steps involved in launching a food truck in North Carolina including permits needed, legal considerations, county and state regulations, and general/liability insurance requirements. Business costs including startup costs, commissary kitchen, food, labor, and other costs associated with getting a food truck off the ground will be discussed. Securing kitchen space - the ins-and-outs of when you’ll need a commissary kitchen, the different commercial kitchen options, and questions to consider to find the right kitchen solution will be covered.
