The whole customer consists of several consumer avatars and each should be approached differently. The whole product is how the consumer perceives the use and value of your products and services. Attendees will learn how to use the consumer’s perceptions to sell their products and services. This seminar will give attendees an understanding of the concept and framework of the whole customer and the whole product including how consumers make buying decisions.
