BHA: How to Write a Business Plan - Part 1: Problems and Solutions

The first step in starting a business is to plan out your big idea and that starts with creating a business plan. A business plan can help to identify problems, determine target markets, establish growth opportunities, and much more. During this session the Alamance-SBC director, Phydesia Lewis, will be teaching you how to address the problems and solutions section of a business plan. Some problems may be industry specific, while other problems may vary from business to business, but during this session you will be taught the tools you need to address all your business problems.
