IRS Workshop - Business Organization & Recordkeeping

This IRS-sponsored seminar covers the differences and tax implications between operating as a Sole Proprietor, Partnership, LLC or Corporation. The session also covers the importance of record keeping, including information that businesses need to retain and how long this information should be kept. Participants will get an overview of their tax responsibilities as a small business, with a focus on Schedule C tax-filers.
