Beyond The Business Plan - Online

Note: This session is part of the Business Foundations Certificate administered by the Wilkes Community College Small Business Center. We advise that you register for all five seminars. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and consultation with a marketing professional at no charge. Seminars include: How to Start a Business, How to Write Business Plan, Financing Your Small Business, Understanding Your Market and Your Customers and Beyond the Business Plan. Learn how to bring your business plan to life and implement goals and strategies for optimal success, utilizing effective and trusted project management tools and applications. This seminar provides you with project management insight, via experienced entrepreneurs, that will enable you to focus on the necessary steps and tasks that will propel your business towards success. This workshop is designed for established business owners.
