Pre-Launch: From Idea to Launch - Your Business Simplified (Review and Finish Your 10ish Page Plan)

Writing a simple business plan is daunting. Many small business owners don't need a fancy 40 page plan but they do want and need a road map to help them understand how their business makes money.

This three part workshop will do just that. Over three Fridays at lunch, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own business plan with hands on exercises, a template to guide you, and fellow business owners via Zoom.

Attendees should plan to join from a computer and be active participants for this highly interactive sessions. Make sure you have access to Google Drive ahead of our sessions as we will be working from Google Documents and Sheets together.

This final session will cover how to reach your customers, your overall business plan, and the must-do's for your business over the next 90 days.
