Session will cover "High Risk Food/Value-Added Food Manufacturing." This seminar will be focused on High-Risk foods and Pathogens of concern for growers and food based businesses. Class will also discuss High Risk foods rules and regulations by the state for safety. Learn what additional training and regulations might be required for your farm or business. The inspection processes and regulations required will also be explained. This Seminar is part of the Mountain Top Farm Business Summit to be held from 9am - 5pm on Friday, March 8th.
