Session will cover "High Risk Food/Value-Added Food Manufacturing." This seminar will be focused on High-Risk foods and Pathogens of concern for growers and food based businesses. Class will also discuss High Risk foods rules and regulations by the state for safety. Learn what additional training and regulations might be required for your farm or business.
