Building Your Food Truck Business

Learn how to start YOUR Food Truck Business and become a part of a local Food Truck Army that provides service to local businesses, theatre events , festivals, pop-up markets, and outdoor concerts! The SBC is excited to partner with Lakeland Cultural Arts Center to offer an intensive workshop on starting, prepping, and marketing your Food Truck/Trailer successfully! We've invited our Halifax County Health and Environmental Science Specialist, Andy Rose, to present on meeting current permitting requirements for your Food Truck/Trailer. We're also excited to have Elizabeth Branham, owner of Branham Creative Group, present on preparing and marketing your Food Truck/Trailer to maximize profitability at every event.
