Web Design with Wix Part 4: Marketing Interface

Participants will be given a good working knowledge of WIX and how to utilize its strengths as well as the advantages of working through design concepts in a classroom setting. Each student will be given time to work on their projects and reviewed to provide immediate feedback, address errors and challenges and answer questions as a group.

Participants will have access to classroom computers, but will also need access at home or work, and an internet connection for working on the internet. Also needed is a working knowledge of the computer and mouse and some word processing experience. Attendees will not be graded but do need to show a willingness to develop ideas into a practical webpage for your small business.

Class 4 will help participants expand their platform to include: -Adding social media links -Working with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) -Gathering online resources for tips and how-tos -Creating a plan for what needs to happen next with publishing, marketing, site rollout and more -Work on the official webpage design.
