The Small Business Center Network State Office is responsible for administration of the SBCN program thus counseling, seminars, resource center, and other services available at SBCs throughout the state are unavailable at the State Office.  Please visit one of our 58 SBCs throughout North Carolina for these services.  However, feel free to contact the State Director if you have questions regarding the program.
