The Small Business Center (SBC) at Nash Community College is one of 58 Small Business Centers throughout North Carolina. Our mission is to help launch new businesses and expand existing businesses in Nash County by being a community-based provider of high quality training, counseling, information resources, and referrals.

Confidential counseling services, seminars, and use of the resource center are free of charge. Some workshops may require a minimal registration fee. Appointments for counseling sessions and advanced registration for seminars and workshops are strongly recommended.

This workshop will discuss the narrative and financial aspects of the plan as well as give the student an opportunity to work with actual plans that have been prepared by others.

This seminar will include information about the history of credit scoring, credit reports and how they are calculated, the importance of maintaining good credit, and more.
