This workshop is aimed at small business owners that have a Facebook page in place and could use a deeper understanding of how to market more effectively. We will cover the basics of Facebook Ads, insights, demographics and data mining, content scheduling and creation, along with scheduling features and monitoring tools. Learn how to effectively and efficiently manage your Facebook page and community. For those with experience, we will point out some of the new features. We will show how to make your account into a Business Account in order to gain access to account analytics, contact options, and run Instagram Ads. We will cover how to create content, hashtags, and Instagram Tools to help make you more efficient at this platform. This class will require a phone or tablet with the Instagram app installed in order to be able to use the full functionality of Instagram. Learn how to create your Twitter account, set up your profile and some basic best practices. Participants will leave with a fully set up Twitter profile and the ability to create one week's worth of Tweets.
