• Lesson 6 – What you need to know about federal taxes when hiring employees or contractors
• Lesson 7 – How to manage payroll so you withhold the correct amount from employee
• Lesson 8 – How to make tax deposits and file a return to report your payroll taxes
• Lesson 9 – Hiring people who live in the U.S. but who aren’t U.S. citizens

This online course summarizes IRS resources for small business owners using the following media: (1) On the web at IRS.gov, (2) Tax Publications, (3) Videos and (4) Social Media. It also provides specific resource information for the Recordkeeping and Understanding Gross Business Receipts issues. This is a self-paced course that you will immediately have access to a series of training videos, resources, and tax tips supplied by the IRS. There is also a PDF file with links to various other services provided by the IRS.
