This hands-on workshop is intended to help nonprofits better understand the proper procedure for requesting a sales and use tax refund. The workshop will focus on the process for completing the Nonprofit and Governmental Entity Claim for Refund of State and County Sales and Use Taxes. This workshop will also discuss sales and use tax due on admission charges to charitable events. Seminars offered during this time frame are fondly known as Lunch and Learns. Attendees are welcome to bring their lunch to this event. SBC events are free, but please register to reserve your seat. This allows us to contact you when there are changes.
