If you operate a business, or you have considered starting a business in Carteret County, and you would like advice and/or assistance regarding any area of your business, please drop-in to the Down East Library between 10:30am - 1:00pm on January 23, 2019. If you are not available during this time, please contact us to set up an appointment and get started on your new venture. Drop-in sessions last 30 minutes.
