Class is located in the 1st floor meeting room of the Bryant Student Center. This course provides an overview of the requirements for establishing a sound recordkeeping system for your small business. Topics covered are the purpose of recordkeeping, whether or not you have a business, the four requirements for starting a recordkeeping system, the five basic areas of taxation to consider, what accounting and an accounting system requires, and the four basic financial reporting statements.
