LOCATION: BRYANT STUDENT CENTER 1ST FLOOR MEETING ROOM- Many customers assume businesses can provide credit, especially for large ticket items. This workshop will examine why, and why not, to extend credit to customers. If you do provide credit, learn the steps to developing a credit policy, collection guidelines and remaining within the law.
