Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, N.C. Cooperative Extension, and the WCC Small Business Center •Requirements for processing food in your home, acidified food products , and value-added supplements •Catering, food trucks, fundraisers, and temporary food stands •Food business planning resources and considerations This session is held in partnership with the Wilkes Agricultural Extension Office. You are encouraged to attend the entire event from 1:00 P.M. to 5 P.M. This is an IN-PERSON event being held at the Wilkes Agricultural Center.
