Goal-Setting for Bigger Sales. “Sales don’t just happen,” so how do you achieve your goals (sales quota) and make your marketing plan succeed? You do so through proactive Goal Setting. This seminar first shows you how to break down a sales quota to a manageable daily plan that could involve a large sales team or possibly just yourself. Once you have set your goal you now have a target that gives you motivation to plan for the achievement. Topics such as where to find prospects, how to plan a typical day, methods to get appointments with decision makers, what local business organizations are available to help you in your search, and what to do if you are coming up short in your results.
