Marketing Series: Setting SMART Marketing Goals
This session is all about setting SMART Marketing Goals. The first half of this session will review how Marketing Goals fit into your business plan, how to tie them to overall business objectives, and will walk through some well-written goals that are actual examples from other small businesses.
The second half of this session will be a workshop where participants will identify key business objectives for Q3 and Q4 20201, and then craft 3-5 SMART marketing goals to support those business objectives.
