The Mobile Food Truck Entrepreneurship Series is a program dedicated to three seminars learning about the food truck/cart business: Seminar 1 (May 8): Preparing for Success: Concept & Design: Attendees will learn about federal, state and local regulations, zoning, licenses, and permits needed to operate a food truck/cart. Seminar 2 (May 15): Administrative Necessities: Permits, Costs & Budgeting: Attendees will learn how to work on the design, cost and budgeting for a mobile food unit. Seminar 3 (May 22): Marketing for Success: Social Media/Advertising: Attendees will learn how to market a food truck/cart through website and social media outlets. Attendees of the program will also be required to become a client of VGCC's Small Business Center. Additional requirements: Attendees will need to take The Art of the Food Truck on May 1, 2018- an introductory program offered by VGCC's Personal Enrichment Department. Attendees will automatically be enrolled for the seminars offered on May 8, 15 & 22.
