COVID 19 has increased demand for locally grown food products. In this session, you will be introduced to three farm operations that pivoted to increase sales and promotion of their farm and products. The session will cover the use of Square, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms for CSA ordering, home delivery and on-farm pickups.
