Independent Contractor or Employee

One of the most important questions for a small business owner is whether to hire employees or independent contractors for your business.We will define an Independent Contractor and an employee and explain the importance of knowing the difference between the two. Participants will leave with an understanding of what is required when hiring an independent contractor or an employee as it relates to federal taxes. We will also educate all schedule C filers on your tax responsibilities.
