This seminar is designed for pre-start and start-up business owners that want to learn more about what it takes to start a for-profit organization using the popular Limited Liability Company (LLC) form of business. Topics will include: how to create an operating agreement, how major business decisions are made and what fees and licenses are required. You’ll also learn how to choose a unique name that meets state requirements.
