HR Summit

Have you reserved your seat at the HR Summit? There is no cost to attend and lunch is provided! Pre-registration is required by March 29th. There will be four sessions throughout the day. Topics include: ‘Emerging Strategies for Workforce’ which will discuss recruiting challenges employers are facing in this tight job market. And, ‘Why Would I Pay Salaried Staff Overtime?’ which will talk about the confusion around salary, overtime, exempt vs non-exempt and the upcoming change to the overtime rule. We will also cover 'A Different Approach to Performance Management' and have a facilitated discussion regarding 'Struggles, Best Practices, and Resources'.
