Accelerating Agri-Business in Indian Country — Advanced Series The 8-Week series includes live, instructor led Virtual sessions along with a customized one-to-one virtual mentoring experience which enables you to conceptualize, develop and begin to implement your business goals, engage with community partners and the begin preparing for access to capital opportunities. The program team will assist you in developing a business plan, financial projections, and a community resource plan tailored to your specific needs to help accelerate your agri-business opportunities. Each student also receives 5-hours of one-to-one mentoring assistance with our Access to Capital and Business Plan specialists. Week 6: Team Building and Successful Operations — Learn how to ensure your business operations and teams are aligned for success. You will also learn the tips and strategies on how to maximize your current team's success while also planning for additional contractors and employees.
