Wild Game: Sustainable Food Farming From A-Z-Online

In this 8-week series, students will achieve first-hand knowledge of how food begins the journey from seed to table through their participation in the Green Zone and Culinary Lab on campus under the direction of Chef Lester Locklear, Culinary Arts Program Director. This series is being held in person in the Culinary Arts Dining Room, Building 14, classroom #1451A on the Robeson Community College Campus as well as virtually.
