How do you identify a crisis? What thoughts and actions normally occur during and after a crisis moment? Much of how we survive during and after a crisis has to do with how affairs are managed during pre-crisis moments. This seminar will assist you with learning how to manage day to day functions of your business that will increase your sustainability during crisis moments thus thriving once the crisis moments have been resolved. You will learn how the Flight, Fight, or Freeze response applies to crisis survival of your business.
