For today’s small businesses owner, competing in a global economy requires strong soft and technical skills. Exposure to emerging technologies such as Business Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) equips them to quickly gather, analyze, and utilize big data to drive marketing, sales, and decision making. The Richmond Community College Small Business Center is pleased to offer a three-part series entitled, “Business Analytics and Search Engine Optimization Basics”.
Part 2: Making Sense of Keyword Data to Drive Marketing and Sales
In part two we will learn disaggregating Keyword Data and Google Trends using a spreadsheet. The business owner will also learn how to prepare a Basic Business Analysis Report which is essential for improving SEO performance.
