Understanding and Hiring Different Ages and Generations (for Small Business Owners)

Different age groups and generations have their own characteristics. Knowing what they are can help you grow your business, improve customer service, and boost productivity, employee morale and your bottom line. We’ll listen to some of the music of each generation as we discuss the unique talents, struggles, motivators and defining events of each - Millennials, 34 and under; Gen- Xers, 35-50; Baby boomers, 51-67; and Traditionalists, 68-90.
