Board of Directors Training

This seminar is for members of boards of “for profit” and “non-profit” organizations, including Chambers of Commerce, governmental agencies, churches, ministries and community development programs. Board members will learn the general responsibilities of being decision-makers, the liabilities they may or may not face and the professional way to work with executive directors, management, employees and the public. Earn Your Certificate! This seminar is part of the 2014-2015 Non-Profit Series. A certificate of completion may be available for attendance of 12 or more hours of non-profit training. A non-profit training course is offered on the following dates: August 14, September 4, September 16, September 18, October 2, October 16 Please contact the Small Business Center for more information and to verify certificate requirements.
