This workshop to help you, a new business owner, understand and meet your federal tax obligations. What is the difference between a Sole Proprietor, Partnership, C Corporation, and S Corporation? How are certain types of income and expenses reported and accounted for? How is business property depreciated and how is this information reported on the tax return? What forms must be filed for employment tax purposes?

This seminar will address all of these questions. Finally, the seminar will discuss how the needs of you - the small business owner - can change as the business moves through the business life cycle.
