Change Management (part 2)
Part 2 will conclude program.
This is an interactive program which has been designed to cover an understanding of the impact of change as well as your response to change. We will work together to identify strategies and responses to change that will work for you as an individual
Through a combination of self-evaluation and group discussions, you will be able to focus on your own specific needs and learn new skills, knowledge and behaviors to achieve greater success and productivity.
This program incorporates self-management, interpersonal relations and communication skills for effective change management.
You will have an opportunity to develop personal goals for the development of specific, practical goals and achievement.
I. This program has been designed to help you assess your change management strengths and areas for development.
II. By better understanding your current responses to change and current competencies related to change management, you will learn how to reduce the stress associated with change and increase your successful response to the changes you experience.
III. Additionally, you will better recognize what you are doing well when faced with change so you can build on what is already working.
