Dave managed seven, 12 week accelerator programs that drew companies from all over the U.S. He specializes in lean startup, idea vetting, growth methodologies, opportunity assessment, finance, and legal matters in early stage technology companies. Dave has 12 years' experience as Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at UNC Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School where he also served as the startup coach in the Launch the Venture program. He was Adjunct Professor of Law representing early stage technology companies at the UNC School of Law. Dave earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill, Kenan Flagler Business School. He continued to earn the Juris Doctorate Degree in Law from UNC Chapel Hill School of Law. Dave earned an MBA from Stanford University. He has senior level experience in law, investment banking, financing, and technology companies.
