The various requirements for firearm business licensing and ATF compliance are easy to understand once you know the basics. This session will cover all the basic ATF licensing requirements including when it is required to obtain an FFL, as well as what to expect as part of the application process. It will also discuss the different types of licenses and what each of them allows businesses to do. Learn best practices and the steps you can take once you have an FFL to prevent, detect and correct violations before an ATF investigator cites you. Did you know that Form 4473 errors account for 8 out of the top 10 most common violations cited by ATF Investigators during their compliance inspections? Even though violations are somewhat common, they are also completely avoidable by taking the proper steps.
