Finding, Keeping and Motivating Employees

This Avery Lunch and Learn focuses on issues that impact local area businesses. This meeting will explore ways to find workers, tips to keep workers and strategies to motivate your workers to give great service. The lunch and learn will be held at the Avery Community Center and co-sponsored by Avery County Economic Development.
