Overview: Ultimately the ability to think like an entrepreneur is where we all find success. The initial process starts with our mindset. Having the mindset of an entrepreneur enables participants to develop creativity, critical thinking, effective problem solving, communication, and teamwork. These skills help prepare you for success no matter the path that you choose. Based on research and the eight fundamental concepts of Who Owns the Ice House? Eight Life Lessons from an Unlikely Entrepreneur, you'll be well equipped to create opportunities and understand that business is simply being a solution to a problem. The entrepreneur mindset is a way of life.

Part One - "Developing Entrepreneurial Attitudes, Behaviors, and Skills"

Entrepreneurship is being a solution to a problem. However, one of the problems that entrepreneurs have is money management. Learning how to manage personal finances is key to finding growth and scalability in business. Participants will garner the foundation of money management and the ability to apply these same principles to their businesses. This session will equip business owners with the skills to manage personal finances as well as business finances with the guidance of the entrepreneur money management spreadsheet, for tracking. Entrepreneur Money Management leads to growth and scalability.
