Topic: Managing a Business

How we communicate can impact both our work and home life. Communication, the ability to effectively negotiate, and how we resolve conflict impacts the quality of our relationships. Whether you find yourself avoiding confrontation or bull dozing your way through it, this workshop will help you achieve more productive results in these three areas. You will learn common communication styles, the art of effective negotiation, and how to resolve conflict in a way that will help preserve relationships at work and at home. Relationships are the lifeline of your business. Dealing with people is part of every area of business. Knowing how to confidently communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflict will make you stand out above the competition!

Speaker(s): Jennifer Coon Jennifer Coon has been helping people overcome obstacles for over 15 years. With a bachelor’s degree in social work and certification as a professional life coach, she has a unique combination of skills. Her passion for coaching blended with objectivity, confidence, and compassion allow her, not only to inspire others to action, but also allow her to hold them accountable to what they say they desire. Jennifer has overcome many challenges herself. In 2013, after completing her life coach certification training, as a single mother she moved herself and her two (then) middle school age children 900 miles from everything and everyone she knew to pursue her own dreams. Today she helps others overcome limiting beliefs about who they are and what they are capable of, so they can achieve goals and turn their dreams into a reality.
