Topic: Managing a Business

Statistics show that people who write down their goals have over an 80% higher success rate of achieving them than those who do not write them down. During this workshop, participants will complete a series of hands on activities to take an idea from a desire to a detailed written, plan of action. No matter how big or small your goals, this process can be used to define and achieve any goal whether in your business or personal life. Participants will leave with a clearly defined goal and plan of action, as well as, experience using a simplified process for setting future goals. In addition, participants will learn how to prioritize goals, overcome obstacles to achievement, and stay motivated. Make this year your best year by developing clearly defined goals and action steps for your business!

Speaker(s): Jennifer Coon Jennifer Coon has been helping people overcome obstacles for over 15 years. With a bachelor’s degree in social work and certification as a professional life coach, she has a unique combination of skills. Her passion for coaching blended with objectivity, confidence, and compassion allow her, not only to inspire others to action, but also allow her to hold them accountable to what they say they desire. Jennifer has overcome many challenges herself. In 2013, after completing her life coach certification training, as a single mother she moved herself and her two (then) middle school age children 900 miles from everything and everyone she knew to pursue her own dreams. Today she helps others overcome limiting beliefs about who they are and what they are capable of, so they can achieve goals and turn their dreams into a reality.
