Strategic Planning for Non-Profits

This workshop will provide insight into the value of using strategic planning in making an accurate assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities of your non-profit organization, and in the preparation of your vision and mission statements. In this interactive session, participants will focus on development of a basic strategic plan which will become the basis for establishment of a general timeline for implementation of the operational strategies that will lead to successfully meeting the objectives of the business, and to the ultimate completion of your goals.
