Rules, regulations, and ServSafe are confusing. This seminar will give an overview of these subjects as well as information on the business aspects of this industry. Presented by the Small Business Center and Johnston County Environmental Health. The seminar is a must for any mobile food business. Student/attendee must register for each seminar separately and must be 18 or older. ***Bring your fully charged laptop or tablet to each seminar. Laptops and tablets may not be used in every class, but are highly recommended as a standby or research resource.***
