This workshop will be a panel discussion of executives at Non-Profit Businesses discussing what they have done to build and run strong, productive, effective Boards that support their organization’s mission. We’ll discuss creating an effective Board structure, bylaws, roles and responsibilities, striking the right balance between policy making and day-to-day operations, recruiting the best board members for your business and much more. You’ll have a chance to share your ideas, hear from others and ask questions about how other non-profits structure and utilize their Boards.
