This is a seminar for folks who are starting their own business or thinking about starting their own business. You will learn how to complete a Product and Service Worksheet, develop competitive intelligence, do a SWOT analysis, and develop a strategic plan. You will learn how to complete a Pre-business Checklist. Finally, you will learn the components of most business plans.
