Business Roundtable - Self-Care for Business Owners - Ways and Whys to Revitalize

Join our conversation about best practices to develop and maintain successful businesses. In January, one of the obstacles that we discussed was failure to take care of ourselves as business owners. This month we will discuss the importance of self-care. Participants will experience simple self-care tools to use for life. The purpose of the Small Business Center is “Increasing Business Success” and we will explore ways to do this during each roundtable. You are invited to bring your lunch. Discussion topics will be based largely upon experiences and interests of the roundtable participants.
