Nonprofit 101: Successful Foundations
Are you thinking about starting a nonprofit or are you currently working with an organization that is just getting off the ground? Has your organization been in existence for years but could benefit from “going back to the basics” as you structure for the future?
This training highlights foundational tasks for nonprofits that seek to “structure for success.” Participants should walk away with resources to ensure that their organization complies with state/federal laws as well as a greater understanding of the key components of development that impact sustainability, essential strategies to develop realistic operating budgets, build a strong board, and ways to engage your team in strategic planning processes.
