This training highlights foundational tasks for nonprofits that seek to “structure for success.” Participants should walk away with resources to ensure that their organization complies with state/federal laws as well as a greater understanding of the key components of development that impact sustainability, essential strategies to develop realistic operating budgets, build a strong board, and ways to engage your team in strategic planning processes.
