How to Do Business Financials

This seminar introduces break-even analysis as a tool to assist the entrepreneur in measuring financial feasibility. Exercises will be introduced to help identify the kinds of data needed to project the revenue, start-up, and operating costs of a business. Participants will develop an understanding of cash flow and break even analysis and its relationship to business planning in addition to identifying financial concepts. Participants will also calculate a simple break-even analysis for a sample business and construct a projected cash flow statement for a sample business.
