This seminar will cover the best interviewing practices to determine the best candidates for success in your organization with real-world examples from leading companies. Brian Henderson, PhD, MBA, is the Department Chair of FTCC's Business Administration/Human Resources Management department. He brings hands-on HR expertise from many years of success in HR leadership roles, including executive positions at Duke University & Duke Health System; Ohio Health Systems; and at Waste Industries. Brian was also a partner in a major national HR resource and consulting firm. Currently, he chairs the HR Department in the Business Program curriculum at FTCC and teaches as an adjunct at Campbell University and other universities.
