Request for Proposal (RFP) Workshop
Qualified nonprofit organizations* are invited to participate in this workshop to help them correctly complete the City of Fayetteville Grant Application. Members of the Economic and Community Development; Sam Gore (a recognized expert on nonprofit operations); and members of the FTCC Small Business Center will be on hand to guide you through the RFP process. *”Qualified nonprofit organizations” must meet all of the following criteria: • Currently valid and verified 501(c)3 registration with the NC Secretary of State • Attended the free FTCC Small Business Center seminar, “Preparing to Bid on City of Fayetteville Grants”, Dec 13, 2018. Attendees from each organization must bring with them to the workshop: • Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws • IRS Letter of Determination • IRS Form 990 (most recent year filed) • Names and addresses of board members and their affiliations • Board of Directors’ authorization to request funds • Board of Directors’ designation of authorized official • A brief description of key staff • Organizational Chart • Resume of program administrator • Resume of fiscal officer • Financial Statement and most recent Audit • Conflict of interest policy
